The following is an understanding between Non-Traditional Media and the school organization/chapter that accepts the terms of this agreement. Non-Traditional Media will provide the online tools, the training manuals and suggested forms for each event. There is no cost to use these tools as long as it is understood that supplies such as t-shirts and awards are bought from Non-Traditional Media. Also, any sponsors that may underwrite the cost of this program, so that it remains free to schools, will be mentioned in any event printed materials. The school may be asked to hang a banner or sign at the event and acknowledge the sponsor’s support publicly.

The revenue and attendance numbers from the event must be reported on the Non-Traditional Media website within 72 hours of the event so that the State and National Offices of your organization can be contacted. Schools that fail to report in 72 hours will be identified to the National and State Offices of your organization.

Your chapter or group will be covered by the school’s existing insurance policy for activities held on the school’s premises. Non-Traditional Media is not liable for any injuries that occur on the school premises. Non-Traditional Media and the school/chapter agree that any information received by either about these events will remain confidential.
